Maine moose...

Well, with summer coming brings the critters. Just figured I share a pic of this big boy that I saw this morning on my way to work. I actually saw 8 of them but this was the only pic I got. If you've never seen a moose, here it is.

Yea I hear ya. Almost had one for supper this morning. Damn thing almost bounced off the hood of my truck. Living where I live, you gotta keep your eyes peeled all the time. They are gooood eatin' though!!!!

Actually, that's what we call them up here. "bullwinkles and swamp donkies"......trust me, running into them during hunting season ain't no fun. Funny thing is.....for how big they are...they're quiet as a mouse in the woods.
