magic wheel.vs.tmaxx 2.5

Hey guys this maxxsavv of massachusetts,this is my1st.post and its a hard one.i picked 2 up to trucks at a local yard sale.and at first glance i thought they were 2tmaxxs and since the pair was so cheap.i just grabbed and ra n(i paid$20 for the complete 2car package.)but after further inspection.i found myself being the new troubled own of a magicwheel&tmaxx2.5 that havdnt been treated good at all.so now I'm wondering which to spend on?the mw.just looks like its needs some serious tlc,but doesn't look broken anywhere yet?the tmx however has broken bulkheads(front&rear),and the motor seems to be siezed or blown.but I'm not a fan of the 2.5so I'm looking for a clean3.3or something bigger&badder. So guys lets hear some ideas & feedback.and I'm willing to trade them off,sell them,or buy any parts you guys:\ think it might help run these bad boyz...

if you fix up that maxx and slap a 3.3 in it you wont be disapointed!! thats for sure. I got a classic 2.5 setup with a 3.3 on it, I slammed it down (got some nice titanium shocks and soft springs) and am replacing the stock parts with rpm parts when I can, I even got a light wieght aluminum chassis. aluminum bulks if you got the money because eventually you will want them anyways!!! well acouple ideas on whtat I did and my prefrence... good luck and aslong as you can have the maxx running for under 200(not including hop-ups) than your not doing to bad i dont think, building is half the fun of the hobby!!!!

Thanks for the feedback bud.and i agree.searching,researching and building are all the fun.in these bada$$ trucks.so what do you have lying around?i got;3.3 tmaxx with all the hopups.another tmaxx project.4losi trucks 2micros all dressed up and 2 mini t's which are brushless converted and all aluminum ahpi savage flux on lipos and the magic wheel I've decided to find a. New home for.cuz its too hard to get parts for... Anyway nice meeting you feef free to hit me up if you need anything from me...

don't worry about parts for the magic most are the same as tmaxx bulk heads and the like use old tmaxx parts that others swop for alli bits
