Magazines?

Do you guys subscribe to any magazines? I just bought RC Driver and it seems to be a pretty good one so i subscribed its only 20 bucks a year so why not right lol. Just wondering...

I have RCD right now and I ordered it because it was usually the thickest of the three. There were three great articles (Revo Plat, OS.21tm, and the new Serpent f-1 nitro) in the first issue I recieved.

I used to subscribe to RCCA, but dropped the subscription around the time Chianelli left the mag. That was also around the time that the ads outnumbered the articles, and the mag took a decided turn towards Traxxas. I still have all my old issues (I have the one that the first RC10GT was reviewed in, as well as some other ground breaking vehicles, like the Maxx, etc), and refer back to the articles every now and then.

Currently, I don't subscribe to any mags, but pick one up every now and then. I haven't bought one in years; most of the info on new products and what-not, I get from here. It's $5/mo that I don't mind spending at all.

I'm one of those people that gets really mad if someone bends the pages of my magazines and I save every one of them. It started with hot rod mags for years and years and now it's been passed on to RC. XRC, RCCA, RCD, and RC Car. I can't pick one of the other because some months I like one way more and then in a few months there will be more information that I like in another one. I like them all though. And one more thing, you can't judge a magazine by which ones the thickest. A lot of times, they are thicker beacuse they have more ads, and some of the smaller mags actually have more quality content.

RCD and RCCA. The best two in my oppion. Expecially rc driver its was my first mag almost a 2 years ago.

I was surprised. When I picked up RCD I thought it would be full of ads. There are usually two pages of contents and in the back usually only a half page of ad index. Granted I haven't read them all yet but RCD is the one for me, for now.
