First you need to upload them to a hosting company. Do a search on Google for picture hosting. Choose one that meets your needs.

Once the photo is uploaded you will need to right click on the image and select View Image. This will give you the full path of the image. It will typically end with .jpg.

Once you have that click on the IMG button and paste the image path into the box.

If you did it correctly you will see the image.

Remove the spaces between the brackets.

You need to go to the gallery, pic "your gallery" upload some pics to your gallery. Copy the pictures link from the gallery by right clicking on the pictures then left clicking properties, now you can copy the address. Now go to a new post hit the IMG button then paste the image URL that you just copied into the IMG box that just came up. Viola a picture in a thread.

how can i get multiple pics?

see how your image tag is left hanging and that messes it up. Keep the code cleaned up. What I would do for example is this:

[IMG]https://www.rcnitrotalk.com/gallery/.../2730LX_PRO.JPG[/IMG

see how each code is complete and on a sepreate line. I had to leave the ending braket of each tag for it not to work so you can see the code.
