If you just want to replace the stock grease Mobil 1 is a great option if you want to mess with tuning a bit and go for silicone oil try 7K and see how you like it, and adjust for there.
 
It really depends on your style of driving. I used 5K on both ends wich allowed equal diff action to both ends. 10K & 5K allowed me to have steering on turns.
