I don't have my battery for it yet, and thought I'd try a drill. Which direction does the Spin-Start Spin? Clockwise or CounterClockwise?

My Spin Starter Stops Engaging And I Have To Pull It All Apart And Clean The Oil Off It Every Time I Run It Is There Any Suggestions This Is Getting Old. How Much Oil Should Be In The Bottom End?
