You might need to tighten your slipper clutch. Dose it rev up when you give it gas? Is the clutch bell turning the spur gear?

yea, I've had the same problem. I foreget exactly wat it was, but ill take a look tonight and see if i can remenber the name of it. I know it was a bad bearing....

Had the same problem when I first started my LST1. I had to lean out the HSN almost 1/2 of a turn. All of a sudden she launched. I feel that the factory settings are just a little too rich--at least for my altitude. She was bogging down from all that fuel. You will know this is so for you by keeping an eye on the stinger. Raw fuel coming out equals WAY too rich. Before someone jumps down my throat, YES, you CAN ruin your engine if you lean it out too much too early. Just adjust it one hour (picture the face of an analog clock) at a time till it moves. FYI--That first tank will go real quick but as you break it in your run times will increase. Please let me know if this does the trick.:D
