LST broken front diff?

the grub screws on each end of the center drive shafts are tightened and the wheel and wheel hex's are in great condition. when i rotate one of the front wheels the opposite wheel on the other side dose not spin, once it catches the wheel on the opposite side will slowly start to catch up with the other one almost like something in the diff is broken because a loud clicking noise is made when i rotate one of the front wheels. is this the sign of a broken or worn out front diff?

Sure is. Most likely a chipped or broken tooth or two.
