Just wonder if anybody has spent the bucks to upgrade to aluminum parts using Losi, Dynamite, Integy, New Era? And how far have you gone with it?

I know that like Integy is the only one who makes the side rails/battery box,
and New Era is the only one who makes a tubed rollbar (which I like more than those full cages)....and I have their skid plates.

But as far as the other parts which three of the companies make, who's the best? I noticed that Integy seems to ofter there's cheaper than say Dynamite. But they all (like the shock towers) cut them differently.

I was thinking I might start doing some of the major components... so it can be all that it can.... an army of one. :ponder2:

I have Dynamite lowers on my LST and Aluminum diff cases, Hard Anodized shock bodies, Titanium Nitrade shock shafts. I think I am going to change out the arms for RPM arms so I can have some flex when Bash. Unless you are looking for a show truck all that aluminum is too much.

high yes i have a losi lst2 and am going to start ording all my parts.. I'm bilding a show car.. out of it.. so it will be about 95% aftermarket alum.. ill take picks as i build it..

hey,, i'm upgrading my lst2 i am currently adding aluminum chassis braces, shock towers, upper & lower arms, bellcranks, roll bar, titanium bumpers, flexTek has some great titanium arms & polished gear cover & radio box... new era models has some good stuff too, (some things integy has doesn't fit the lst2, only the lst)
