RC Driving Style
Ever since I've got my Savage LE I've had nothing but trouble. My LSN wont tighten at all so I can't set it back to the base setting, it just screws in forever and ever and goes in too far it seems without stopping. I tried to take the needle out to see if it was crushed, but it wont come out either. What's going on here? It's making it impossible to tune because I can't set the LSN to the base setting, it always bogs down when I accelerate at WOT and any attempts at leaning it out just makes it stall. Any help would be appreciated...
 
are you pushing the lsn against the carb body when you tighten it? like it states in the manual?
 
Yeah, the thread is stripped... It's been like this since I got the truck, I think I got a messed up engine and its gonna be next to impossible to use the warranty because I live in Australia and there's no HPI here...
 
i would of thought they would still send you a replacement?

after all, it is their product, and it still has a valid warrenty on it.
 
Have you emailed them? They have been known to hook people up. Its worth a shot.
