LRP engine's Glow plug question?

Okay guys I just bought me another LRP engine and this ones the .32. My question is what is the best glow plug for these engines? Should I just run what I usually run or is there a plug that works best specifically for these engine? Thanks.

Start with a hot plug for break in(MC59) and swap to a medium(MC8) after that. I used to use OS#8's but they didn't seem to last as long as the McCoys.

I run medium or medium-cold with 30% fuel, medium or hot with 20%.
