It has been about 3 weeks since I ran my savage. Last time I ran it it was fine, good temps, kept a tune, no issues. I changed my spur from 52 to 47 and my CB from 14 to 16, and she was flying. but I couldn't find a happy medium between rich and too lean. I killed the engine, and noticed air forming in the fuel tubing coming from the carb, I would prime it, and then more bubbles would come from the carb into the fuel line.

I just want to know where you would start to T/S this issue. I know its not the tank. I already tested it. I was wondering if this is the issue reported by some due to the LRP .30 spec2 having an aluminum carb, and it vaporizes the fuel when it gets too hot?

Thanks for any input.

I had same engine LRP ZR30 spec2 on my LRP s8bx2 buggy but I don't have that problem and for my experienced I only stick to 220F temp of my engine. And check if your lines have no leak and make your tank more stable, cause the tank of savage is only hanging(shaking too much) I have also savage x but I put XTM .28 ENGINE. I posted video of my savage in this site check on engine and motors category and the issue is savage handling.

Air Bubbles mean your sucking air from somewhere in the fuel system. If your tank has a clunk with fuel tube going to it...check that out. If not, then replace all your fuel line. Trying to find a pin hole is a pain in the rear...and new fuel line will likely run you $2 - $4. Just replace it ;-)
