hi there,i've just broke my engine in using 25% fuel, but the shop has closed down and i can only get 20 or 30%,will i need to change settings to run the 20%,what should i do,its a mach 427,cheers.:\

As stated above, yes. You will have to change the settings.
If your worried about engine life, go 20%. Worried more about speed and power? Go 30%

I always run 30-35%.
If you tune the engine right, you can have many gallons of fun.
