low speed needle

Traxxas has the 3 second rule, when tuning the low speed needle, but what if you have a big daddy fuel filter? the 3 second rule is out the window! there's more than 3 seconds of fuel from the cut off to the carb. How do you tune LSN when you have a big daddy fuel filter?

You're supposed to pinch the line AT the carb, so it won't be affected by the filter.

Thanx, I had the filter at the carb. I moved it close to the tank, is the filter ok there?
