does anyone know where i can find that low Cg chassis. not the hpi one or the stock looking one. its that flat looking one.

here ya go. These are the best ones I've found so far. I'm about to order a set for the brushless conversion I'm gonna do on my Savage.
 
That's the link you posted for me in the bulkhead question. Those plates are SERIOUS.
Just yesterday I came across the side support rails as an add on, and now I can't remember where they were. Any idea? They mount on the outside bottom of the TVPs, and almost look like step rails, except they're square.
 
your best bet is to search ebay for a set Twisted toys lcg TVP's, (i have these and they are great) or you can try for Vertigo CF TVPs. these are bit pricey, but very good. aside from those option try fast lane machine. i think they make an lcg tvp.
