When I ordered this thing my intentions were to make a little scale but after driving it a few times I'm not sure if I want it to be a crawler or scaleish. I played with the suspension a little, the front is at full droop with a srung rear, it does pretty good. Now I need a set of 1.9 tires that actually perform, the claws are junk IMO. And sense we all love the pics........

i wouldnt say the claws are crap homie, i doubt you can get much better than the claws at least not yet.

If it's not broken

Can't get much worst either, they are nothing like the 2.2 claws.

It's the 1.9 Claws Lloyd, they are nothing like the 2.2 claws that we're running in our comp rigs. They're in a hard compound because it's a RTR, they aren't soft like ours are.

Pete did you drill air holes in the rims? It looks like you need to drill some air holes and change the foams for sure and the tires should do a lot better than they are now. They look like they're rolling at about 25 psi and the need to be at about 5 psi lol.

exactly if they were softer would be alot better.take ur battery and zip tie it to servo will be alot better wil post pics of mine in a lil while .i didnt relocate the shocks like rollinlow and like u did I'm guessing.but it climbs pretty good.I'm waiting for the new servo then i think ima just leave mine like it is

oh really??? sorry didnt know guys, i wasn't really thinking that they werent the same, thats stupid lol.

man i also like that body clean like it is with only the losi sticker

would just taking the foams out work lol

no just taking out the foams wont work. If they aren't memory foams, they need to be cut into like a 6 point star

The rims are vented but not much help. I remember reading long ago that racers would soak tires in simple green to soften them up, I might give that a try.

If you really want to get into it, you can take a dremel tool and then them down from the inside some to soften them up.

poser beadlocks still got to mess with the damn glue lol.well i cut both the front tire foams one didnt come out that great but one came out alright.i think it will make a world of differnce on the rocks.will see tomo for sure only have my wall and bed to climb I'm my room

Trust me, you're going to be begging to have glue back when you get real beadlocks, until you get used to doing it anyway.

CAC just came out with a new beadlock that is unlike anything else on the market, and you can do a whole set of wheels and tires in about 15 minutes.
