Is the crankshaft longer then a standard motor? I wanted to put one in my savage xl, where the 5.9 motors are junk.
 
It will fit with no issues at all, it's basically a re-badged LRP spec3. I hear that the LRP .30's have a longer block or something that requires a nova adjustable mount but the 454 does not.
 
no, i am going to keep it around for a spare. I have another savage truck here thats just a roller, might put it on that
