its a dual fast off the line and top speed. Small pinion is off the line larger pinion for toop speed. what motor and cell count with esc? on my 1/10 scale with a 2 turn brushed motor I have a 76 spur on axel with a 56 pinion....my 2 cells with a vsr1,2(1200 amps) and settings I have in mine deliver 135 mph at finish lights.

Depends on the class too. For bracket or index class racing, set up differs from heads up racing. Yes, index racing is heads up start. But it is a special case of heads up requiring a compromise between acceleration and top speed to remain in the competitive envelope. Bracket racing is all about reaction time off the line. 'AC'
