Title states it all. Price is an issue since I am short on cash. I have a 19 turn motor but if I get a good deal I could take a brushless esc and motor combo.

For your rustler the most cost effective solution is the Mamba Max system. It can handle 4S lipo (by running an external BEC and disabling the internal BEC) and costs about $200 for both the motor and ESC on ebay. You'll also need to beef up your drivetrain to handle to the power and rpms.
