Working on that now. Wasn't sure if I wanted a full blown crawler so decided to go with something in between. IMO, this is the best traxxas rig I have ever owned!

Nope, 1/10th scale. By the size of it though, it should be considered 1/8 scale.

It looks sweet but I think the 1/16 is the way to go... just my opinion though. Keep us posted

Except on the Summit. The Mini Summit doesn't have a multi-speed transmission or lockers.
Nice looking rig. Too bad it's clean.

doesn't really need more than one speed, its over 40 mph on a 3s and almost impossible to stop it from doing a backflip...like i said, jmo, i definately do like the new body though.
so you are saying these will backflip on a 3s lipo
hmmmm
on both of mine i run dual 7.4's which is 14.8v and they will not backflip

i run the 1/16 revo with the 7.2's in series and i think thats pretty quick
i have not run it on 3s

No standing backflips or insane speeds, but I can climb near vertical slopes with locked diffs. :thumbup:

I ran mine on dual nimh (mini) and it would pull wheelies for sure. The 3s lipo kept it on its back even in loose terrain. Also the 3s gave it a noticeably higher top speed. I wasn't thinking about the low range ratio when I said that, I was thinking about a two speed... I def miss my mini tho... I never broke it.

I only paid 600 for that bike. I couldn't pass up a deal like that!
