hey all I'm from Floral Park, thats in Nassau county. I've been looking for bashing spots myself. i got to either valley stream state park, hempstead lake state park or to Alley pond park to use my Emaxx and its also good for my RC18T and B so if anyone ever wants to get together for a bash session around sometime. please hit me up with a PM. i try to take my trucks/cars out at least once a week. so I'm usually at the parks on the weekend or monday mornings when i have my day off. so let me know if anyone is interested. i have a car and can meet up

Neoblue: my uncle actually lives in Glen Cove. I've been to Garvoes Point a few times and its pretty fun there with my RC18s

keep me posted on here or by PM if anyone is setting up bash sessions

I'm guessing though that those parks are not going to be too open minded and friendly to nitro rigs. I can see the electrics, but a bunch of nitros running is going to get pretty loud.

yeah matty i dont mind making the ride to bash but i usually dont go places i might be hassled. do you think theyd be welcoming to a couple of nitros? i know next to golds gym in islip is perfect, and casemento park in bayshore.

2 block south of sunrise freedom st. south on deer park ave towards babylon over that bridge by the chidrens hospital aka crayon factory lmao

Mattyfats:
I sent you a pm but not sure if it went through
let me know if you would like to get together sometime

yeah okay off old dpa. I know where your talking about. I'm in florida right now. bashing heaven because theres so much contruction all the time. when I get back to ny we"ll hit up freedom st. and maybe go somewhere else after

keep me posted on these.

i know a park thats like right by me. its a state park. i seen a few guys running some nitro trucks and helicopters and no one said anything to them.

its all the way out west from you guys, its in Valley Stream

is it anywhere near the valley stream train station?

its about a 5 minute walk from the train station in Valley Stream. but thats a different park but you can still bash there if you want. pleanty of open space

but the state park i was talking about is like exit 15 or something off the southern state parkway. i got there all the time

This is great news! My buggy has been collecting dust way too long! I'll have to try and get out there with my son and our maxxes. Thanks for the heads up.

There is a new off road track in Center Moriches. The track is run by George and Sean. Its a nice layout and there are some great guys there. Here are some pictures of the track. Its still a work in progress so there are some minor changes from week to week. Definitely worth the trip though.
