Has anyone tried the new Lithium batteries from Energizer? I'm thinking of getting a set for my TX. I bought some the other day for my flashlights, and they are so much lighter, it's ridiculous. They would be good for the RC10GT's and XXXNT's on race day..

I first tried them out in my digital camera. I put them in just before Christmas of last year, and they are still going strong today. After that I tried them in my nitro stampede. I have had them in there for about 2 months now and haven't seen any sign of them giving up yet.

Just check the voltage first. Some are 3.? volts not 1.2.
I see that there are some rechargeable hitting the market as well. Looks like we are in for some new and longer technology in the near future. Higher voltage in a smaller package. Just think, 4 batteries in the TX and not 8. Do we have some smaller TX units in the works? Smaller Battery boxes?
