Resonators--- Which one?
I put a Jato 3.3 (blue) resonator on my T-maxx, i had to rig it a little but i got it to fit.

What's the difference between the Blue resonator and the chrome resonator?

What's the difference between a single chamber and a dual chamber?

The single chamber is tuned to provvide most low to mid rpm performance.Dual chamber mid to high rpm.

I don't think the blue one is a "tuned" pipe but I am not sure what makes one tuned other than what rpm range it works best for.

I think its the other way around... low to mid is dual chamber and mid to high is single clamber sinse traxxas uses a single chamber for the nitro 4-tec no 100% sure tho
