should i have any oil comming from around my glow plug. it has the gasket and it's snugged down all the way. but i am still getting oil deposits in the cylinder head it dosnt seem to be stripped or anything.

Maybe try to flip the gasket over or replace it and see if that helps. I don't think you should be getting any oil seapage from around the glow plug........how does it run, any lack of performance?

nope you should not be getting any seepage and since fuel is leaking that also means you do not have full compression because pressure will be leaking so you are also not gettin full performance out of it

the top end speed is ok but is is a little sluggish off the line

I had the exact problem with on of my mills and it was the shim that comes with the plug. I replaced it with one from a new plug and the leak was gone. The power was restored and it stopped heating up. REPLACE IT you also might want to check if the head is warped or damaged. Good luck

I've also heard of plugs that leak "through" the plug itself seeping at the top of the plug
