Hey do any of you know if the Hpi or Innovative-RC LCG TVP kits reduce the Savages off roading ability's or lower its ride height?
I know it lowers the engine mount and engine but the TVP's don't have the arc in the center like the stock TVP's do and was wondering if they actually lower the truck or just the drive train. I want to keep my Savages bashing ability's but make it a little more turn able and stable flipping wise.
I'm looking at these two kits.

Just wanted to find out as much info on them as I could before I take the plunge and spend my hard earned cash.

It only lowers the tranny and the engine making the savage not so top heavy. if you want o make the savage ride lower, then move the shocks closer to the chassis at the shock tower and install a softer spring.

Thats what I thought. I was just asking because on stock Savage TVP's theres an arc in the center but on the LCG ones theres no arc its flat so I was curious if it lowered it. Thats all. I want to keep its ability to off road but stop it from flipping when turning to hard or sharp.
