L. Collari-Innotech XS380 or XS400

Someone heard of the Off-road engine L. Collari-Innotech XS380 or XS400
Is this engine easy to adjust?

I know the 400 is a beast, but I haven't heard about their tuning. I know that collari mills are fairly easy to tune and they last a long time.

I had an XS3200....loved it, my favourite engine ever. Never needed much tuning and went like hell.
