Guys
I just broke the transmission yoke (part 4927x). this the second time I've had to replace this. Last time i broke it I was driving on the same rough terrain.

My truck is an all stock t-maxx 3.3

Do you recommend I replace the part/shaft with a Traxxas part? Or should I buy a non-traxxas part that might be stronger?

If a/m part, what do you recommend?...

Thanks

I just recently ordered a set of MIP CVD's. They should be here by Monday. If you want me to tell you how they perform you'll have to wait though since I still have to break in my new engine. :) I'm pretty sure they'll be excellent though. I was having the same problem as you, only it included twisted shafts due to the Picco .26 that I had in there.

i would personally run the traxxas wannabe cvd as they come with the brake nut whereas I've heard conplaints about mip ones not fitting correctly

I run the traxxas steel center shafts after twisting up the plastic ones constantly. I am very happy with them. They are solid, with sealed boots to protect the joints from crud, and rings to lock in the pins. And it does come with the brake hex as well. Prolly one of my best upgrades behind rpm a arms and the rpm rear true track conversion.
