K5.9 starting

Having issues with my savage xl 5.9 the roto start that came with it wont turn it over. Rvery time i try to start it it trips the breaker. I have a brand new battery in it and everything. Anyone got any ideas.

Can you turn the fly wheel by hand? have you ran it all or has it ever turned it over?'

take the glow plug out and run the roto start.........could be flooded?

Yeah i have ran it. I have to use a cordless drill right now.

Heat the engine up with a hair dryer. This will expand the metal, allow the engine to turn over easier.
