K5.9 Big Block Problems

ok here are the symtoms

:takes a long time to start then dies many times right after i remove the roto start

lots of blue smoke

stalls uasualy in third gear but also in second sometimes

seems to have great low end power, always does wheelies, ext.

i often find myself replacing glowplugs but i dont even know if that does anything

seems to stall more the longer time i run it

yah i can't tell if its to rich or to lean

I'm thinking it could have something to do with the low speed needle, I'm just confused....

Its too lean. Richen the HSN 1/8th of a turn.

do you have a local hobby shop nearby? Most tune them for you (at a cost obv) I had HoobyTown USA Tune my old giga crusher, ran soo good after wards that i drove the damn thing more than my car.. I also just dropped off one of my staduim trucks to a local RC shop thats a mom and pop place, hopefully it will run better with the new motor and trans

And threads like this make me not want to buy the 5.9. I've read they overheat like a mother!
