Nice deal for a brand new truck with some upgrades. I'd still check and threadlock all metal to metal screws before running it just in case. Have fun with it.
 
Nice truck but he does have a feedback of Zero. I hope that deal works out for you.

Some good equipment there. Nice find. I have a 4.6 with the JR XR3i and I love it. Plus he put the 3-speed in it. If it's in really good shape I think the $475 is a fair deal.
 
I will definitely recheck everything before I run it. I talked to him on the phone he is very nice and he sounds like he know what he's talking about and has good feedback elsewhere, but you never know. I was about to order a new kit then I decided to make an offer on it. I figured a new truck with all the extras this was hard to pass up. Once it's all together I get some shots of it.

I figured you would like the fact that a Traxxas man would buy a Savage LOL. Everything I read about them and a couple of video's I have watched, I had to give this monster a try! As for the price, I never actually bid on it, I made him an offer and he ended the auction, it would have ended Sunday night :cheers:
 
I was talkin about the Traxxas.. Selling the Traxxas, and be talkin smack about how it compares to the almighty savage! I thought my Tmaxx was nice (esp with the $1200 dropped into it) until I got my savage.. Was like being reintroduced to the hobby again.. But with less headaches and broken parts.
 
How much is that in £?
I dont know dollars very well lol
Seems alot of people are buying savages right around now....including me!
I still can't wait to get my limited edition 25 out the box lol.

Shame because it was £270, its now £220 from the same model shop! Its a best seller.
 
i used to have one but i have regreted of trading it.on a savage a high torque servo and cam type servo saver is highly needed i striped 3 servos before i realized it.and the stock engine is not the best out there.i had a hyper on it.have fun with it and bash it up.I'm trading my racing buggy for a savage.peace out

This is a 4.6 kit, it comes with a cam type sevro saver.
