I just ordered my new Revo 3.3
What are some things that I need to know before hand? I'm going to heat cycle the engine to break it in.

Here's what I also ordered: 20% Fuel, Fuel Filter, O.S. LC3 long reach plug, Traxxas dig. temp. gauge, o-rings (fuel tank), Center Diff. kit, Rear brake kit, 6-Cell 7.2v, Pro-Line Maxx Road Rage Tire T/E-Maxx, Pro-Line Maxx Velocity Wheel White, Fuel container, tire glue, and Savage motor saver w/ prefilter.

Anything else I need?

I plan on using the street tires/rims for breaking it in and running on the asphalt. I'll switch back to the stock tires/rims when I drive it at my house on the MX track.

Thanks guys

Never had an experince with it, all I use is motor savors reguardless of what I hear people say I think there great, and I have had no issues. The Savage one is pretty much the same I thought, the only concern I would have would be mounting if the hole is to big for the stock neck. Just a thought...

Well I read in more then one place, "Get a filter from a 1/8th scale"

The Savage is 1/8th so I figured....Well might have had my very first stupid descision with the Revo and I haven't even recieved it yet:doh:

Heh dont worry I'm shure you can make it work, thats the fun with rc cars is making them work, its a brain excerciser thats for shure.
