Hey Everyone, I am new to this forum so I look forward to chatting with you all. I am 31 and in the Marine Corps stationed in Okinawa Japan and have been in the Nitro R/C hobby for many years now. I sold my KII last week and just got my MP777 in the mail today. So far it seems pretty sweet but I need to put it together for the true test. I know there are alot of people trying to get some info on this new buggy so send me any questions you guys have.

Yeah, I love his Kanai II!! He had it hooked up so sweet!! I'm gonna try and swindle my wife into letting me get the 777 before we leave in December. Can't wait to rip up the dirt there NitroMarine!! PORN (Pacific Off Road Nitro) all the way!!

i've had a K 3 for a few months now what is the difference between the 777 and k3? THnks

Man, I wish I could afford a MP-777. Anyway, what engine are you using in it?
Also, be sure to post pics once you get it built.

Madnking, I never had a KIII so I can't really tell you the difference between them other than a BIG difference in price and that the Trip7 comes with larger shock shafts and a newer designed body. Kyosho has also changed their color from green to flourescent yellow.

Cvec7, I will be running the Sirio.27 in it with RB086 exhaust. I will post some pics when I have finished it.

why a .27? aren't you gonna race it? if it's just for bashing, i'm thinking you could've gotten a a diff. buggy with almost the same performance and saved LOTS of money

Yea, I agree. You should go w/ a RB C-5 if you want a ton of power. That way it has a TTTTTTOOOOOONNNNNNN of power and it's still racable.

And, trust me, I've seen a C-5 in action before (in person) and the guy was too afraid to go very fast. He maybe went 45 tops, and was just a little over half throttle. Too bad he didn't let me drive it. I'd unleash that beast upon our innocent, undeserving street! :hammer:

I've seen a c-5 also it has stupid power. My buddy has it in his mbx4 and at about 1/2 throttle if he mashes it the tires will turn to pizza cutters. its stupid fast, but it lacks a little on the low end. But there is no end to the top...

The Sirio .27 at 3.1hp is more than enough power. I ran that motor in my savage and it was sick. I did get the buggy for racing. The buggies in our club here all have motors that are .24 and up. Those guys wont have a chance against me (right Woody?)

Awwwww damn, I wish my track had a class for buggies w/ big-big-block engines.......I'd get a RB 28!

Yeah, NitroMarine!! If you don't have a .24 or above here you ain't poop!! I really want to get that RB 28, because it puts out more power than the Sirio .27. Right now, I gonna focus on finishing my SuperMaxx. The Wasp .26 is really stout, and that's what was in the KII, that NitroMarine sold me. Another thing guys, he does'nt want to have to bump start the engine. Therefor, he is going with the Sirio .27!

Woody

P.S. NitroMarine,
We have got to get together soon! I feel the need for some nitro!!

Hah! That sound like an interesting club with all the big motors like that. The only non .21 engine I've had the opportunity to use or even watch/listen to is the Force .26. Are these big motors louder?

that's really cool. i think my track needs to start a big big block class. nothing smaller than .247 is allowed! in that case i would prolly get the dynamite mach .26. it's pretty sweet and inexpensive

o yeah... that would go in my 777 that i have!

haha.. jk... it would go in my storm

Yeah, the .24+ size motors are a blast. Why does every club just run a .21 class?
I am about to start an on road buggy club and take over their street track we have here. The car boys wont like it much but oh well.
