All i have to say is wow. This thing is soo fast and durable. The run times are not that great but i think my better bat will fix that. Tackles my grass like its nothing. I love this little thing.

Enjoy your ride...I'm thinking about getting one for my son. How long is the run time on the stock battery?

Stock(i mean fromfactory just opened) i got 15 mins. Get the team helotes pack.

I have the Team Helotes pack in mt Mini-T and it lasted alittle longer than the RC18. Then again I had the 1100 pack. If u get the 1200 it should run alot longer.

Glad u like the RC18, I love mine. Wish it came out first before the Mini_t.

Ok, Thats it! I have my credit card out now. Tell me where can I get one for a decent price :D

Theres that much difference between the 1100 mah and the 1200 mah batteries as far as run?

From what I've been told there is. I would email Jeff at Team Helotes and he'll tell u the differences between the packs.

On the stock pack charged for 11 hours i got 45 mins.

I plan on picking up a peak chubby, ti turnbuckel kit, shocks(alu team), mip cvds, and some nice tires. I would go with the mamba but i think stock this thing flys so with a chubby it should be plenty fast.

Ya today it lasted for ever. I picked up tires wheels, and the chubby. :)

wow...45 min would be plenty for me on each run. At that run time i would stay with the stock pack.

can you swich out the batteries fast? or to have a spare to put in after the first goes dead.

All you have to do is yank out two body pins, pull the battery bar off, disconect the batery, and wala. I like to let my esc and motor kool down. The chubby makes this thing spin tires on dry cement. It flys!

A brushless is very possible. I know two who have converted theirs to Mamba setups. They are extremely quick!

how much would that cost to do that?... I'm guessing $100 for everything needed?

I am supposing you also need a new RX and tx?

Will a brushless setup make the batts last longer as well?
