Well it's been a long long time. I can't say its been a long time enough. Anyways I've always been a savage guy but the 3.3 spoke to me today. I went ahead and bought RPM arms for the thing. Are there any other common parts that break on these things. Thanks for any help in advance.

Tires and rims are poor quality, go ahead and add RPM wheels and some better, lighter tires. Proline Badlands are sweet looking and hook up great.
I put Ti. pivotballs on mine with al. carriers in the front. It's not expensive and it makes the front end bulletproof.
Sway bar kit if your's did not come with one.
THS exhaust and a better clutch shoes and spring. The traxxas stock clutch drags at idle too much. The slipper is awesome on the Revo, don't be afraid to back off on it. It will save the tranny. The little diffs in the revo's are strong as hell, no shimming necessary. They hardly ever need maintenance compared to a Savage.
www.m2cracing.com has the best clutch for the Revo. It makes it engage like a 1/8th scale does. It runs super cool and lasts 3-4 gallons. I bought the modified clutchnut, 2 medium clutch shoes with assorted springs. 1.0 springs are the ticket. He has it all together in a starter kit now.

Well cool I will check this stuff out. Thanks for the feedback. I should be breaking it in later today

I do a lot of reading and barely post. But scrogg, it seems like you know what you talking about so I need your advice. You said m2cracing make the best clutch for the revo. Which kit should i get? I'm installing a picco .26 jl red dot and thinking of 17/36 gear ratio.

thats the gearing i use with mine(picco .26 maxx) and i love it, real fast, and plenty of torque to lift the wheels up when i want it too
