Just bought my first savage..

I bought my first savage last night, and i need some help lmfao

when its on the ground, unless i hold the brake in, it just wants to slowly make a move and when i pick it up, it shoots off like a horse on a racetrack

its also very, very boggy, because its a savage i dont wanna do anything wrong and mess it up so any ideas guys?

Did you do the break in process?
What are your needles set at?
Did you adjust the idle?
Let us know what you did after you took it out of the box
