You can control the pitch of your truck while its in the air. If you want the front to go up...you accelerate. If you want the nose to go down...press the brakes.
When you jump a MT like the Revo you want to get a lot of speed obviously, let off the gas right at the top of the jump lip. Timing is everything. If you let off too early the front end falls down and the jump is very low. If you let off the gas too late the front end comes way up and it wants to flip (clue on how to back flip). Now while in the air your tires work as gyros and can correct your flight. If your nose is too far down give it just a little throttle blip and the front comes back up. If you nose is too high in the air do the opposite and blip the brakes to bring it down. I like to jump nose in the air and right before it hits the ground I blip the brake to bring it down flat. The idea with the MT is to NOT land all four tires and once as this will make it bounce and flip. The key I have found is too land the back tires slightly before you land the front tires. Makes sure never to land your truck while under full throttle, this can cause emgine/drivetrain damage. Good luck!
i jump mine all the time... snow banks and what not for now, and it will NOT break.. sideways, straight, reverse... it doesn't matter. it handles beautifully, and almost always lands on its feet... what a machine... enjoy it, and let it fly!
