Bump for the weekend crew!

Jon,Do you think your starterbox would work on a 1/8th buggy. I'm trying to talk my buddy into one but he's kinda iffy about buying one and I'm not quite sure if funds will allow it. thanks jon

I have used it on a Storm before but the engine was well broken in. You can try it but I am not going to confirm for sure as I am not sure if it was meant for it. I only used it on TC and ST's 1/10th scale.

Thanks for looking Bro

Are those dual 720 motors?
If so, I've used a dual 720 box to start up my EK-4, that's a .70 engine. (Just make sure the motors don't get hot, or they'll fry.)
The box worked perfectly as long as the engine starts within a reasonable amount of time.

Should be fine.

I'm not setting anything in stone about buying it yet, he still need's to think through funds and make sure he can afford it. Ill give ya a holler on his final answer.
