i will have to wait on the masters for now. definitely need some income.

and thanks hamz! I tried looking around their site, but it says they have no jobs available at this time.

Dude, just the fact that you finished an ME degree means two things to potential employers; 1. You're a self started, and driven 2. You're dedicated, and will finish what you start, even when the going gets tough.
Huge congrats on finishing up, and getting your degree!!
The best advice I can give you is to get together not only a good resume`, but also a portfolio listing any major projects you worked on while in school. Apparently this is the current industry trend, you don't submit the portfolio with the resume, you just list that it's available upon request, and have it with you if you get called in for an interview. Texas is a BIG state, surely someone needs an ME around.
