Hmmm..you sure that's an actual jet engine? Looks like a 1/12 electric. I know jet engines aren't that small. I'll bet it's some sort of electric ducted fan.

Hmmm, yeah, well even electric, i'd be very curious how it ran. I know even the electric ducted fan jets are pretty quick.

haha, that's a scale speed of 150mph. It most likely goes about 15mph. That car's definitely an electric.

I have seen something similar to that but it was on a buggy. Dont know how it went though.

It is an electric ducted fan. Pretty big one, too.

I have Kyosho's twin ducted fan Lear Jet, and with the technology in motors and batteries, I don't doubt it could reach a good speed, maybe 50 or 60 in a straight line, but 115 seems hard to believe. Keep in mind, there's no power to the wheels, so it wouldn't be getting much control around corners. Anything powered by a fan, turbine or prop is meant for a straight line.

First off I think it looks totally rediculous! Second, the speed of 150 mph states "equal to" which is scale miles. So if it is /10 scale that means it goes about 15 mph, and I bet thats stretchin it.

That mother F'er stole my hairdryer and stuck it on his car!

Stop frontin Ratzo....You stole my 1/12 scale car and put your Hair dryer on it.......
I'll take it back now thank you

lol.... someone on rccaraction.com forums put one of those on his car for the worlds fastest rc car challenge. it looked sweet. he made a video and it was so fast looking. (didn't tape it on the street just on a stand.)
