Jb Weld???

My carb came loose and i got a new one but i still can't get the old one out. I sorta know what happend but i still can't get it out.

So i was wondering if i could just put some JB WELD in the pinch bolt and then put the screw on a little, wait for it to harden and then turn the pinch bolt and get the carb out. Of course i would have to buy a new pinch bolt but i can't think of anything else to do!! :shrug: Got any suggestions? Thanks

cut a notch in th pinch so you can turn it

i already tried that and it didnt work... but maybe its not deep enough

thats what I've heard to do.. cut a notch and use a flat blade driver to turn it

you could take a small nail set and careful and gentley punch it out of the case then you not running the risk of damaging the case
or heat the case a little and it should slide right out
