Yeah Jatofever buy that lot across from your house...I know you've got an extra $1,000,000 laying around the house there to buy it with...lol...You guys dont realize how much land sells for here in S.W. Florida, if he bought that lot he'd have one of the most expensive tracks in the US..lol...
But atleast I'd have a track to go run on anytime I wanted for free..lol...And maybe he'd let me help design it, I dont want to build it though,,,it's to hot outside for that kinda work.............................................

We just put a bid in on a lot just like that one but further north in the Cape $80,000!!! Its insane. That same lot was about $10,000 3 years ago!!! That one across the street from my house $110,000!!! Its not even on a freaking canal!!! Thats the price of paradise I guess :shrug:

btw J this site is soo much better than Traxxas. Very cool people around here for the most part.Except these guys --->
