I took my turck out for a spin the other day and noticed when i turned one of the rear wheel would lift up into the air. both sides do this... I have never noticed this befor and was wondering if its normal or wha can I do to stop that from happening... i just bought a new body and would hate to flip and scrach it...

If you have adjustable spring rates lighten the rear up a tad so in turns the tires stay on the ground better.

I changed the position of the shock as per the manual so they will be stiff also tightened the springs almost to the bottom of the shocks... I tried with the sway bars both on and off...

I apologize I misread your post... I should loosen the back shocks correct? Thanks for your help...

Yes loosen. My bad for wording it does kinda look like tighten when I read it again. I keep my revo suspension looser in front and heavier in rear due to engine and more weight in rear. You want its a-arms level when sitting on ground and soft responsive suspension so jumps are absorbed and turns keep tires planted for best handling. Power doesn't matter if it's not grounded.
