Is your trim set on the tx? When replacing a servo, hook it up, turn on the tx and set the trim to center, turn on the reciever, set the servo horn so it's centered, then miunt the servo and make sure both wheels are straight.
 
yeah I would say take the horn off turn the controler on and then the rig do the center thing like alien said and reatach the horn to the servo try to be careful you dont accidently turn the serov at all while atatching the horn...( Oh shut of vehicle off after you cent the servo so no glitches and make sure trim is in the middle...)
