i had just bought a jato yesterday, went somewhat fine for the break in process, now, I'm trying to enjoy it and it does nothing but stall out and I've done many carb adjustments, then went back to factory settings, any ideas on why I'm stalling out now and i didnt during my breakin period.

Clutch, order a Dynamite Maxlife for the Traxxas flywheel. It will give you a broader idle setting and last much longer than stock. You may have broken the clutch spring. Traxxas clutches are garbage. They engage way too early.
Other thing could be inproper linkage adjustment. Do not use the throttle trim for idle speed. This is referred to a false idle. Use the idle adjustment screw.
