Does anybody know what body Jared Tebo ran on his ST-RR at the ROAR Nats this year?

I have been unable to come up with anything on it.

I think you are right.

JConcepts does not make a Punisher for the ST-RR, but I bet he took one for another rig and made it work. Probably the one for the RC8T.

Clearly not using the stock rear body mounts since the stock setup sticks up above the rear tower.

Thanks

Yeah most likely. The Mugen MBX6T is a pretty common version to modify and make work as well. I know I used to run ST-RR Bodies on my XRay XT8 Truggy ;-)

I figured out how he did it.

He used the rear RC8T body mounts which are a direct fit to the ST-RR rear tower. These will drop down the rear body mounts to where they need to be to mount the RC8T Punisher Body.

What's funny is that he covered the JC logo on the grille and headlight decals since he isn't sponsored by them.

If anybody else happens to have an ST-RR and wants to do this here are the links. Be sure to get the RC8T-CE Punisher body.
