ok.. got the electronics in the cab. it looks like a mess but its in there:

ok, so a bit of advice.. DO NOT USE THIS BATTERY. thing almost exploded on me before i caught it. i was troubleshooting trying to figure why i didnt have power.. meanwhile my battery was getting hotter and swelling.. its this one..

thank you to everyones encouragment and opinions. it really does help drive me along when i get frustraded and start wondering: "why do i do this to myself??"

Awesome looking truck. You got the 3000 rpm motor right? I saw a guy say it was too fast, and he went with the 2000 rpm one and likes it better.

Its so tiny! I know I would run it til I broke it.
My hands aren't great now.
I felt my anxiety going up with that pic of the screw bag!!!
I am thinking there is an island of very tiny ppl who make those tiny little screws!!!
I still love it tho!

They're just made on a swiss machine. I've ran a Tsugami and a Citizen Swiss, and we made these needles that tapered from .0004" at the tip to .020" at the back of the needle, which was machined into a hex. This is a giant part on a Swiss.

It seems to me that metal machined to such tiny sizes would get destroyed in a stiff breeze!

They were so fragile we probably lost 50% of them to damage just ejecting them from the collet when finished.

Make sure you copy the link to this thread before you go to the Showcase, so you can put your link in there. Look at ither Showcases to get an idea of what to put in there. It's kinda like a build thread on the ocerview page.

I got the decals on the shell. Not a huge difference but I want to show it off some more. So yall just gonna have to deal with it.
