YOu are the fiddlesticking man. Thats like 5 times today. I did the lsn trick and shes out the purring like a little kitten....how will i ever repay you...lol

you said nipple.j/k

damn, tooo bad its dark.... I think i might have leaned the lsn a little too much. I think i leaned it like 1/4 of a turn maybe more.

Man that thing really leans out. We have a split level with a floor thrown on top of the top floor. I'm down stairs in the study it was at ground level and i heard lean out when it ran out of gas. The temp was 93.9 when i got up 2-3 minutes after it stopped running. Took its first tank like a champ. I will idle 2 more and then ask my dad if we can go to a parking lost so i can tune. And tomorow plan to beat the poop out of my savage. I am sooo excited. The only problem that i had with my savage were the stock tires and that ultra poopy s-25...

as long as you have lots of blue smoke you should be fine, during break in there will be a lot of oil residue, probably leave a nice fat puddle for you to clean up.

Don't forget to put your piston to BDC before it starts cooling. 2-3 minutes after it quits is too late, do it right after you run out fuel.

take it easy for the first 8 tanks, i think it took me two days to get her broken in. After tank 8 she will really start to wake up!

I'm going to idle 3. I tried to get her goin for the secound tank and no go. I leaned and she fired right up. I put it her on the ground. When i gave it gas it just idled up and went no where then stalled. So I'm giving up until tomorow when i have daylight and the abitlity to run it. I may idle the tanks tonight though. My hand hurts...

You really only need to idle thru the first tank. After that, use really smooth throttle to bring up the revs. after you lean her to get her started, you can richen her back up after she has gotten up to temp. Thats why you are cutting out when you give it throttle, LSN is too lean.

No it didnt cut out when i revved up it cut out when i put it back on the stand to idle it died and i couldnt get it going again. Its too dark to drive anyways. I put her at bdc and thats how its going to stay overnight...
