I have a 4 shoe LOSI clutch in my 8ight-T and would like to use one in my Savage X. A look at Amain left me somewhat confused. Has anyone used one and knows it fits.
 
Why wouldn't the Losi clutch work on a Savage??

There are other options. I have been using a JVD-RC clutch for years and it works great.
 
The LOSI clutch I have is much longer than the savage once you put the bell on it. About 3/8 inch. That JVD looks like what I want
 
Ok, length will be a problem..

JVD is a very good clutch, 4 aluminumj shoes and the correct springs come pre installed..
 
I had to slot the motor plate a little but it is in. Tranny is fixed. Time to put it all back together and run it.
