Is or were there a Titanium Tranny for the Revo before?

I saw one on Ebay a while ago but I haven't seen one since. Is there any manufacturer making a new tranny for the Revo?

Out of titanium? Wouldn't that be a shade on the "overkill" category? To answer, no I haven't, but then again, I cannot envision ever needing a tranny made out of titanium.

From what I understand Is that Traxxas Has some black market Metals from NASA...That they will be useing.Latter on this year?To make that Tranny

Its Overkill

Its definitely overkill but I wanted to see if there really was a manufacturer that made it and what else they had. The tranny case was a goldish-bronze but it could have been painted.

I have heard of a few people custom machining aluminum gears for the revo but no titanium.

I didn't think so. This guy must have painted the casing and put in TiR gears perhaps.
