is my 2.5 screwed up

ok this is making me made today i was out driving in 60-65 degree and i will run it wide open about ten times up and down my road had a good amount of blue smoke brought it by me and it just quit bout 175 won't start but if i wait 5 min it does and some time it dosen't want to pull any gas into the motor HELP:constipat

check your compresion. it probably overheated.

look to see if you melted a hole in a fuel line or check your glow plug

It won't pull fuel or you can't prime it by plugging the exhaust?

Either way I suspect an air leak.

al right thanks i'll try those ideas and look for and air leak but were on the truck am i looking for an air leak

all right i checked for air leaks and there wasn't any so i replace the gp still does the same thing do you think it could be comprotion:surrender

do you mean compression? check to see that your carb is on tight. if not then you might have to seal your engne

okay now that i know what to try mabye somebody could tell me when your piston and sleeve are bad and need to be replaced?

Rotate your flywheel with your finger. Are you able to turn it completely over?

ya but it takes a little bit of force and i can hear the air being sucked
